In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and at our discretion.

Items marked as sale, discounted, promotional, or part of special collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

CAROMÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
